Harris Wolin has extensive law firm and corporate experience and concentrates his practice in the areas of domestic and international intellectual property law; patent and trademark preparation and prosecution; opinions on patentability, invalidity, and right to use; litigation support; and counseling companies in connection with securing and expanding intellectual property rights worldwide.

He has corporate experience with a major multinational consumer products company, where he was involved with the preparation and global prosecution of all patent applications for a single product category; management of invention record prioritization and annuity reviews; conducting patentability, validity, infringement and clearance investigations; and preparation of all IP-related agreements.
