Harris Wolin has extensive law firm and corporate experience and concentrates his practice in the areas of domestic and international intellectual property law; patent and trademark preparation and prosecution; opinions on patentability, invalidity, and right to use; litigation support; and counseling companies in connection with securing and expanding intellectual property rights worldwide.
Harris specializes in providing strategic and commercial counseling to leverage intellectual property strategies and to maximize and achieve business objectives. He has corporate experience with a major multinational consumer products company, where he was involved with the preparation and global prosecution of all patent applications for a single product category; management of invention record prioritization and annuity reviews; conducting patentability, validity, infringement and clearance investigations; and preparation of all IP-related agreements.
