Steven M. Feldman

Attorney, Litigation and Corporate Transactions

Steve Feldman, from New York, has been practicing law for 40 years and has served as Of Counsel to Myers Wolin since 2015, where he handles a wide range of corporate, business and other transactional matters, and a broad range of contracts across many industry sectors.

Steve started at a prominent New York law firm as an associate in the Corporate and Securities Department, and went on to spend more than ten years in the Legal Division of Mitsubishi International Corporation, serving as its Assistant General Counsel and the Assistant General Manager of the Division. For part of the time, he simultaneously served as General Counsel to two large Mitsubishi affiliates. At Mitsubishi, Steve’s practice was largely transactional and included domestic and foreign project and infrastructure finance, consortium-based aircraft finance, and distribution counseling. He later opened his own practice and for several years simultaneously served (on a full-time basis) as Associate General Counsel to the registered investment advisor for the Third Avenue family of proprietary mutual funds and hedge funds, with roughly $30 billion under management, where he was responsible for large transactions and a wide range of contracts.
