Patent Attorney

Dean Tricarico is a registered patent agent with over fifteen years of patent and engineering experience. His technical background includes work with wireless communication systems such as CDMA, LTE, UMTS, HSDPA, IEEE 802.11 (Wi-Fi), VoIP, and microwave, as well as communication infrastructure including circuit and packet-switched networks. He works with clients to draft new patent applications, advise on patent strategy including patentability and novelty, and prosecutes patent applications.

Dean’s extensive work with the United States Patent Trademark Office through performing searches, writing opinions, and performing patent due diligence makes him a valuable resource for our clients. He maintains his association with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers to stay up-to-date on current technology and offer relevant counsel.
