Patent Attorney

Hay Yeung Cheung has multiple degrees in a variety of areas to offer guidance to our clients. With a Ph.D. in Physics, as well as an M.B.A., he can advise clients on the business strategies for their patents and intellectual property, while clearly describing the product for the patent.

His technical concentrations include areas of physics, telecommunications, networking, mathematics, science, finance, and business. Hay Yeung specializes in domestic and international intellectual property protection; patent preparation and prosecution; opinions on patentability, invalidity, and freedom to operate; and litigation support. He was previously on the faculty of the University of Phoenix (NJ) and the Mathematics Department at Brookdale Community College (NJ), and worked as a Systems Engineer at AT&T.
